You say that you offer free delivery or fitting. Where can I have my tyres
fitted ?
Currently we only offer free fitting at our shop in Southend, Essex. We are
currently recruiting fitting stations across the UK which we will display
on the website in early 2007. We do however offer free delivery to yourself
or we could deliver direct to your local garage for you. The money saved on
delivery can then be used to have the tyres fitted at your local garage.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you have placed and order with TyreSite your order will be processed
and 90% of orders are typically dispatched the next working day. This ensures
that most orders will be delivered to you within 2 working days. If an order
is received that is any different to what is mentioned above then a member
of our sales team will contact you typically on the same day as you ordered
to discuss the delivery status of your order.
Is shopping online secure?
We accept secure credit/debit card payments, check for the padlock bottom
right of your screen when entering card details, url changes to https://www.tyresite.com
when you go through the payonline procedure on our site. We would always recommend
using our secure Thawte area for payment. Any more questions about our secure

What if my tyres arrived damaged?
All products sent with TyreSite are 100% insured. Simply call us on 01702
545689 or email tyresite@gmail.com
quoting your order number and we will arrange a swap out of the damaged goods.
In some case a photo might be required for insurance purposes.
Can I have the goods delivered to an alternative delivery address?
On checkout on our online ordering system you will have the opportunity to
enter an alternative delivery address. This is possible but only to an established
business address at our discretion. We would be unable to deliver to another
residential address.
What happens if the tyres I ordered are currently unavailable?
TyreSite performs daily stock checks to ensure that all the tyres on our website
for sale are available. However there can be the odd time due to an incorrect
stock line for example that a tyre that you have purchased is currently out
of stock. In these circumstances a member of the TyreSite sales team will
call you to discuss any similar alternatives or a full refund on your order.
Do I need to have an account to shop with TyreSite?
Anyone can shop with TyreSite. Once you have added all your required items
to your basket simply proceed to checkout. For new customers at Checkout Stage
1 simply enter your email address and leave the password field blank. This
will then enable you to register with TyreSite.
I know what I want my new tyres to achieve but do not know which ones
will do this?
Our sales team at TyreSite have years of experience within the tyre and motoring

What happens if I want to return a product?
If you would like to return your product/s simply return it to any TyreSite
store within 7 days of delivery, unused, together with the receipt. We'll
exchange it or offer you a full refund minus any carriage charges incurred.

Can I track my order?
All products dispatched with TyreSite.com will be sent via a third party courier.
All dispatched products will have a consignment number. Simply call us on
01702 545689 or contact us quoting your
name and order number and we will reply asap with your delivery status.
How do I start shopping online?
Shopping is made easy with TyreSite. If you know what you are looking for
you can search by category, search by manufacturer, use our keyword search
facility or search by tyre size which is located top right of the website.
Once you have viewed a particular tyre you can add to your basket and proceed
to checkout. The overall process is very quick and simple to use.
How much is delivery?
All products listed on our site include free delivery to all UK mainland residents.
This ensures that the price you see a particular tyre listed at is the price

What does the 'my account' area involve?
If you have previously shopped with TyreSite and created an account, you can
log in to your account using your email address and password supplied by TyreSite.
In your account area you will have information regarding previous orders,
and stored shopping baskets so you can easily continue shopping and an option
